NaSoMa - National Social Marketing Programme

This programme officially began in January 2000, and is designed to assist the MoHSS in the field of reproductive health with a specific focus on HIV/AIDS. The programme is funded for the next four years, but by applying the principles of social marketing, the goal for NaSoMa is to become self-sufficient and to continue serving the people of Namibia well into the future.

The mission of NaSoMa is to make high quality male and female condoms affordable and easily available for the protection of HIV/AIDS and unwanted pregnancies.

NaSoMa consists of a team of young Namibian men and women who are the Programme Managers, Planners and Trainers. This experienced group of professionals look forward to working with all Namibians in areas of mutual interest.
