All telephone numbers for MoHSS offices in Windhoek, including those at the Ministerial Building (Head Office/Brown Building), Windhoek Central Hospital, Katutura Hospital, and Khomas Regional/South RHD Offices will be changed during the night of Thursday, 28 March when the Ministry's new telephone system is activated.

There are new SWITCHBOARD numbers: 

Ministerial Building/National Directorates............(061) 203 2000

Windhoek Central Hospital............................(061) 203 3000

Katutura Hospital......................................(061) 203 4000

Khomas Region/South Regional Health Directorate...(061) 203 5000

Directories are being printed, but it will be a while before they are widely available.

Meanwhile, TWO interim versions of the directory with the new numbers are available.  Both are self-extracting ZIPped files, so you do not need WinZIP to uncompress them.  After you have downloaded the one (or both) you want, below, to a folder where you can find it again, click on it, enter the folder where you want it saved, click UNZIP, and the original MS Excel spreadsheet will be recreated.

The Alphabetical Listing has been edited to eliminate duplicate and unnecessary entries, to correct spelling and formatting errors, and to update some recent staff changes.  Its alphabetical ordering makes it far easier to find someone by name since the other listing requires you know the directorate in which the person works.

The Listing by Functional Unit is reproduced as it was received from the Directorate Finance and Resource Management.  It is not well formatted, includes unnecessary information, and does not reflect staff changes within the last month or so.
