Documents can be downloaded from this Web Site in Rich Text Format (.rtf).
An .rtf format file can be read by almost every word processing programme.
TO DOWNLOAD A FILE...
1. Click on the Download As RTF phrase for the document you want.
This will download the document to your browser. The bigger the file, the longer
the download will take.
2. Click on File, Click On Save As.
3. Accept the document name and folder (directory) shown on the screen (or type
in/select another folder in which to save the file). Be sure to remember
the file's name so you can find it again!
4. Click on Save.
5. Click your browser's Back button to return to the MoHSS
Documents Web page.
6. You can use your Word Processing software to open, edit, print, etc. the
file and you can save it either as .rtf or in another format.
