Objective:

The objective of the directorate is to render personnel administrative services. There three divisions: Human resource management; Administrative support services; Information Technology & Physical Facilities management. The functions are:

• Recruit and provide personnel
• Administer and maintain conditions of service
• Utilize personnel
• Develop personnel and execute programmes for internal staff training.
• Retrain personnel
• Maintain good labour relations
• Do short/medium/long term human resource planning
• Provide posts on the staff establishment
